At Nellcote Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or non-defective items, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.


Eligibility for a Return or Refund

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery if your order meets one of the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Received

  • The style, color, or size you received does not match your order.

  • The item is not what was described or displayed at checkout.

2. Incomplete Order

  • Part of your order is missing.

  • The quantity received does not match what was purchased.

3. Damaged or Faulty Item

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Bathing suits / swimwear
    (Due to hygiene and safety reasons, bathing suits are final sale.)


How to Request a Return

To start a return or replacement request, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing:

    • The product you received

    • Any damage or defects

    • The packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, Nellcote Wardrobe will provide one of the following:

Issued back to your original payment method for a refund.


Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery

  • Items damaged due to customer use

  • Returns without approval

  • Issues not related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Bathing suits (no exceptions)
