We are committed to making things right and ensuring a positive experience with every order.

Because our pieces are carefully sourced and fulfilled through trusted partners, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Return Eligibility

We gladly assist with returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or non-defective items.


Return Request Window

Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking information.

Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible, but we are always happy to review your situation and assist where possible.


Eligible Return Situations

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Received

The item received does not match your order, including:

  • Incorrect style
  • Incorrect color
  • Incorrect size
  • Item significantly different from the product description

2. Incomplete Order

  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect quantity received

3. Damaged or Faulty Item

  • Visible damage upon arrival
  • Manufacturing defect or quality issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 7-day request window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

Condition of Returned Items

Items approved for return must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to reship it once a corrected address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

If needed, we are happy to help guide you through the process of locating your package or submitting a delivery inquiry.


How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing:
    • The item received
    • Any damage or defect
    • Packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

The resolution provided will depend on the specific situation.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
