At Nellcote Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or non-defective items, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
Eligibility for a Return or Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery if your order meets one of the following conditions:
1. Wrong Item Received
The style, color, or size you received does not match your order.
The item is not what was described or displayed at checkout.
2. Incomplete Order
Part of your order is missing.
The quantity received does not match what was purchased.
3. Damaged or Faulty Item
The product arrived damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
Bathing suits / swimwear
(Due to hygiene and safety reasons, bathing suits are final sale.)
How to Request a Return
To start a return or replacement request, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with the following information:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing:
The product you received
Any damage or defects
The packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, Nellcote Wardrobe will provide one of the following:

Issued back to your original payment method for a refund.
Not Eligible for Return / Refund
Requests made after 7 days from delivery
Items damaged due to customer use
Returns without approval
Issues not related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Bathing suits (no exceptions)
