At Nellcote Wardrobe, we want you to love your purchase. Because we are a small online boutique that works with curated inventory and specialized fulfillment partners, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure fairness for all customers.
Please review the policy below before requesting a return.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon arrival.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or non-defective items are not accepted.
By placing an order with Nellcote Wardrobe, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.
Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking information.
Requests submitted after this time frame will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Eligible Return Situations
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:
1. Wrong Item Received
The item received does not match what was ordered, including:
• Incorrect style
• Incorrect color
• Incorrect size
• Item significantly different from the description or product page
2. Incomplete Order
• Part of your order is missing
• The quantity received does not match what was purchased
3. Damaged or Faulty Item
• The product arrived visibly damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue upon arrival
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Bathing suits / swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Condition of Returned Items
Items approved for return must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Nellcote Wardrobe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Nellcote Wardrobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package cannot be located after delivery, we recommend:
• Checking around the property
• Checking with household members
• Checking with neighbors
• Contacting the carrier directly
We are happy to assist with submitting a delivery trace request if necessary.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following information:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing:
The item received
Any damage or defect
The packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

Return Authorization
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, Nellcote Wardrobe may provide one of the following:

✔ Store credit
✔ Refund to the original payment method
The resolution provided will depend on the specific situation.
Refund Processing
Once a return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
