I Changed My Mind. Can I Cancel My Order?
We do not issue refunds once an order is in the process of creation or has been shipped. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Can I Return an Item and Request a Full Refund?
We offer free exchanges for garments that are defective upon delivery, provided they have not been used. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at alina@nellcotewardrobe.com within one week of receiving your order. Our Customer Service team will work with you to resolve the matter.
Once approved by Customer Service, we will provide instructions for returning the item. All returned items must be shipped with a tracking number.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size?
If you’ve chosen the wrong size, we cannot offer a free exchange. However, we can help provide a low-cost alternative if you reach out to us.
To avoid sizing issues, we encourage you to carefully compare the measurements listed for each product with those of a garment you already own.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear. All swimwear sales are final.

*Please note that: 1.There will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features. 2.The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description. 3.Quality issues do not include thread problems. 4.The odor problem of special fabrics will be eliminated after standing for a few days or washing with water.
