At Nellcote Wardrobe, each piece is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care. As an online boutique, we work with trusted U.S. and international fulfillment partners to bring our collections directly to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
Shipping & Delivery Time frames
Delivery times vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
Some items may arrive sooner if shipped from U.S. distribution centers.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through international logistics networks such as YunExpress, CNE Express, or similar carriers. Once parcels arrive in the destination country, they are typically transferred to a local postal service for final delivery.
Carrier selection is determined by the fulfillment location and destination to ensure efficient routing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing house numbers, incorrect street names, or apartment numbers) is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Nellcote Wardrobe is not responsible for delivery issues that may occur.
If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, we are happy to reship the order once a corrected address is provided. Additional shipping fees will apply.
If the package is lost due to an incorrectly entered address, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Please double-check your shipping information carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the local carrier or filing a claim with them directly.
